Footprint & Requirements
- Space: ≈ 3×3 m with 2.5 m ceiling clearance.
- Power: One grounded outlet (110–240V) within 10 m.
- Location: Covered, dry, and protected from wind/rain.
- Access: Minimum 2 hours before start for setup and 30 minutes after for breakdown.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer on-site printing?
Yes, we do! On-site printing is available as an add-on service for an additional USD 50 per hour. Guests can take home a physical copy of their portrait right after it’s taken.
Is retouching included?
All photos receive general adjustments for color, contrast, and exposure to ensure a consistent, high-quality look. Advanced, detailed retouching (such as blemish removal) is available on a per-image basis for an additional fee.
How soon will we get the digital photos?
The complete online gallery will be delivered within 3–5 business days after the event. We'll send you a direct link that you can share with all your guests. Instant gallery where photo are available after 15 minutes is possible for an additional fee
Can we choose a different backdrop?
Our standard setup includes a clean, modern white backdrop. However, custom-branded or colored backdrops can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Please mention this during your consultation.
What if our event is outdoors?
We can absolutely set up outdoors, provided there is a covered, dry area (like a tent or veranda) to protect the equipment from potential wind and rain. A stable, grounded power source is also required.
